Two story navy blue house with a new charcoal asphalt shingle roof installed by Titan Roofing, seen from above
The same house from the same drone angle. Before: worn grey shingles with moss. After: a new charcoal shingle roof by Titan Roofing
Full roof replacement. Same house, same angle, before and after.

You see the shingles. We show you the rest.

At the estimate Gil looks at the whole roof, not just one spot. He documents what he finds and says plainly whether you need a repair or a full replacement.

What separates two quotes is under the shingles.

Shingles are the part you see. A roof lasts or fails on the four layers underneath. When two quotes look the same, ask what each one says about these.

Metal flashing sealing the edge of a skylight where it meets new asphalt shingles
3

Flashing

The metal around skylights, chimneys, walls and valleys. It is where most leaks start, so we look at every piece.

Ventilation

What about the warranty?

Titan installs CertainTeed shingles, and CertainTeed manufacturer warranty options are available. Gil explains what applies to your roof at the estimate.
